7.01 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG):
a. Award the “2026 E. Hanover Street Curb and Sidewalk Replacement Project” bid to
apparent low bidder Doug Lamb Construction, Inc. in the amount of $242,711.80,
conditioned upon the satisfactory review and acceptance of all supporting documents and
forms by staff and the Borough Solicitor.
