Fairfield Marriott Hotel Project, which would extend the Borough’s action deadline to December 26, 2026.
6.02 Community Development Block Grant Contract # 45572779
a. Consideration of a motion to approve an amendment to the East Hanover Steet Sidewalk Replacement Project for an increase in funds of $7,315.68 for revised grant in the amount of $107.315.68.
b. Consideration of a motion to authorize the Council President to execute Deductive Change Order No. 2 for the East Hanover Street Sidewalk Replacement Project in the “deductive” amount of $830.80.

7.01 Transfer Station Diversion:
a. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 1481 amending the miscellaneous fees to include a temporary fee increase at the Transfer Station.
