the amount of $ 341,832.81 to be funded through an LSA Grant (Contract No. C000091546).
5.08 Cherry Tree 5 Preliminary Site Development:
a. Consideration of a motion to approve the Preliminary Site Development Agreement (site
improvements only), subject to final approval of the Borough Solicitor.
5.09 Warehouse Gourmet Bistro & Brew Pub – Final Release of Public Improvements Surety:
a. Consideration of a motion to authorize the full release of Public Improvement Surety in the
amount of $ 664.40.
5.10 E. Hanover Street CDBG Sidewalk & Curb Improvement Project:
a. Consideration of a motion to approve Change Order No. 001 in the amount of $ 19,400.00,
with Doug Lamb Construction, Inc., for additional sidewalk replacement area(s), to be
funded by York County CDBG.

a. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 1476 for the Preliminary/Final

a. Consideration of a motion to authorize the execution of a contract with the apparent low
bidder, eci Construction, LLC in the amount of $615,400.00, subject to the review and

a. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 1478 allowing alcohol use and sales at
Moul Field for the Hanover Chili Cookoff event, September 6, 2026.
b. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 1479 allowing alcohol use and sales at
Good Field for the Hanover’s America 250! Music in the Park event, October 24, 2026.
