The Dobbin House proudly unveiled the Pennsylvania Semiquincentennial Bell and the Charters of Freedom at the newly established Dobbin House Square. The special ceremony featured remarks from “Rev. Alexander Dobbin,” portrayed by Russell Mills; Dobbin House President Jacqueline White; Gettysburg History President Andrew Dalton; Gettysburg Borough Manager Charles Gable; Adams County Commissioner Randy Phiel; Pennsylvania Auditor General Tim DeFoor; and America250PA Executive Director Cassandra Coleman.
