Hanover, PA — Main Street Hanover is now seeking community-minded businesses, organizations, and individuals to sponsor the 2026 Christmas in Hanover Festival, taking place on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in downtown Hanover.
The Christmas in Hanover Festival serves as the official kickoff to the holiday season and brings thousands of residents and visitors downtown for a day filled with festive activities, family traditions, shopping, entertainment, and holiday cheer.
Festival highlights include:
- The annual Christmas Parade through downtown Hanover
- The beloved Tree Lighting Ceremony in Center Square
- Visits with Santa at Santa’s Cabin
- Live holiday entertainment and caroling
- Holiday-themed experiences hosted by local businesses
- Family activities throughout downtown
- Holiday film screenings
- Small Business Saturday shopping opportunities
In addition to the festival, Christmas in Hanover encompasses a full season of holiday programming, including Santa’s Cabin hours throughout December, downtown decorations, holiday window painting by local students, festive lighting displays, and free holiday parking on Saturdays.

Main Street Hanover is currently seeking sponsors at the following levels:
Holiday Helper Sponsor – $50-$250
Any gift between $50 and $250 helps bring the magic of the season to our community. Sponsors at this level will be recognized on the Main Street Hanover website.
Advocate Sponsor – $500
- Company name, logo, and website link featured online

Entertainment Sponsor – $1,500
