State Reps. Dan Moul (R-Adams), Republican chairman of the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, and Catherine Wallen (R-Adams/Cumberland) hosted a Farmers Breakfast in Adams County, along with Pennsylvania Agriculture Secretary, Russell Redding. The event provided an opportunity to discuss current agriculture issues ahead of a new growing season in the Commonwealth, as well as ongoing animal health concerns such as Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI), which has led to the destruction of entire poultry flocks.
