A. COA 26-00338 CRITICAL PROJECT – 777 Baltimore Street – Felty Investments, LP Installation of new entrance door.
B. COA 26-00358 MAJOR PROJECT – 241 Baltimore Street – Ted Hirt
Reconstruction of exterior stairway and landing materials with brick veneer tiling.
C. COA 26-00375 CRITICAL PROJECT – 40 W. High Street – Philip Fazenbaker
Construction of a new block garage and roof will be constructed. This will be replaced in the same footprint. Damage from trash truck accident.
D. COA 26-00386 CRITICAL PROJECT – 236-238 Buford Avenue – Jesse Sayer
Removing 3-tab shingles and installing architectural shingles.
6. Old Business:
A. COA 26-00316 CRITICAL PROJECT – 114 Buford Avenue – Chris Garliss
Remove existing vinyl siding and replace with 8-1/4-inch, 7-inch reveal Hardi-Plank siding.
B. COA 26-00324 MAJOR PROJECT – 150 Carlisle Street – Muhammad Ashraf
Construction of a 600 square foot (20’x30’) 8-foot-tall metal accessory structure to the rear of the existing principal structure.
7. New Business:
A. COA 26-00373 MAJOR PROJECT – 118 E Middle Street – Jon and Karen Shultz
Renovate and enclose the rear screen porch with new walls, 1 or 2 vinyl windows north side, add entry door on east with, composite decking for flooring, match existing siding. Area is 15’x7’9”.
B. COA 26-00377 CRITICAL PROJECT – 219 South Washington Street – Adams County Historical Society
Exterior fiber-cement board-and-batten cladding on the two-story addition.

Repair of window glazing on stained glass windows.
2. COA 26-0407 Minor Project – 301 N. Stratton Street
Replacement of rubber roofing with new rubber membrane roofing and wooden features with similarly designed wooden features.
