A. COA 26-00237 MAJOR PROJECT – 222 Buford Avenue – Jacob Plank
Installation of 28-linear feet of aluminum 4-foot-tall fencing located on the side and
rear yard of the property.
B. COA 26-00254 MAJOR PROJECT – 54 E. Middle Street – Molly and Steve Wiles
Installation of 130- linear feet of fencing located in rear yard. 38-feet will be 4-foottall spruce board to match existing fence. 92-feet will be Wygate board on board 5-
foot-tall fence.

A. COA 26-00216 MAJOR PROJECT – 162 York Street – Anton Hummer
Replacement of rear-yard fence with change from wood material to vinyl 6-foot-tall
PVC fencing. Total length 227 linear feet.
B. COA 26-00261 CRITICAL PROJECT – 26 E. High Street – Kevin Byers
Rear exterior construction to include new patio, masonry fireplace, 8-inch square 8-
foot tall Endura-Stone Pro Series columns on second floor balcony, replacement
exterior ceiling with wood, and construction of a 6-foot by 8-foot utility shed.
C. COA 26-00296 CRITICAL PROJECT – 312 Baltimore Street – Ted Hirt
Reconstruction of exterior facade of carriage house to include new carriage door
design.

Certificates of Appropriateness approved administratively since the last HARB
meeting:
1. COA 26-00234 Minor Project – 241 N Stratton Street
Removal and replacement of front Mansford roof shingles, with in kind 3-tab
shingle and rubber roofing.
2. COA 26-00257 Minor Project – 32 N Stratton Street
Replacing EPDM rubber roofing materials with same rubber roofing
membrane.
3. COA 26-00272 Minor Project – 148 Chambersburg Street
Replacing EPDM rubber roofing materials with same rubber roofing
membrane.
4. COA 26-00276 Minor Project – 20 N Washington Street
Roof asphalt shingle replacement will match type and color.
