meetings at a cost of approximately $700.00 per month.
Public Works and Facilities Committee – Mr. Kress
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the York County Economic Alliance (YCEA) scope
and fee for management of the $5.5 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program
(RACP) Grant for the proposed new Public Administration and Public Safety Facility, and
to authorize Borough Staff to prepare an agreement for execution by Council.
Department of Planning & Engineering – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the preparation, execution and recordation of an
Operations and Maintenance Agreement with Conewago Township, Adams County,
pursuant to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental
Protection (PA DEP) Chapter 102.7 for the maintenance and long-term operation of
installed PCSM control measures.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2336 for the Hanover Borough
Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
Public Safety Committee – Mr. Lockard
1. Consideration of a motion to authorize the proper Borough Officials to pursue all
necessary enforcement actions regarding 206 York Street to address public safety
concerns.
