For Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District, the committee invited Republican U.S. Rep. John Joyce and Democratic challenger Beth Farnham. Invited candidates for state House District 91 are incumbent Republican state Rep. Dan Moul and Democratic challenger Kathleen Pratt. Incumbent Republican state Rep. Catherine Wallen and Democratic challenger Todd Crawley were invited for state House District 193. Pennsylvania Democratic Party Chair Eugene DePasquale will deliver the keynote address, according to the release. DePasquale is a former Pennsylvania auditor general and former state representative. Two of the contests are rematches. Joyce defeated Farnham in the 2024 election, and Wallen defeated Crawley in a March 17 special election to fill the remainder of former Rep. Torren Ecker’s term. Wallen was sworn into office April 13. The four candidates are seeking the same seats again in the Nov. 3 general election.
