PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE WILL, IF ADOPTED BY THE CARROLL VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL, REPEAL AND REPLACE THE EXISTING CARROLL VALLEY BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE, ORIGINALLY ADOPTED ON MARCH 5, 1976.
