Join us for our 5th Annual Golf Tournament!
This year’s tournament will be held at Carroll Valley Golf Course.
The tournament includes:
  • 8:00am Shotgun Start, with registration starting at 7:00am
  • Teams of 4 (cost $400 for team; $100 per golfer)
  • Lunch Buffet following the tournament
  • Mulligan Package available for purchase
  • Multiple sponsorship opportunities
  • Opportunity for additional contests:
    • Putting Contest (prior to tee off)
    • Pot of Gold
    • 50/50 Raffle
