The Adams County Commissioners host a community forum to inform members of the community about plans for the 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg.

The forum features presentations by the Adams County Commissioners, Gettysburg Convention & Visitors Bureau President Norris Flowers, Gettysburg National Military Park Superintendent Bob Kirby, Pennsylvania State Police Sgt. Bill McAreavy, Emergency Services Director John Eline, Freedom Transit Executive Director Rich Farr and Adams County Planning & Development Director Nick Colonna.

Among the topics addressed are event information, traffic and parking, portable restrooms, emergency plans, as well as communication tools the public can use to stay informed.
