a. Authorize staff to forward the draft ordinance and map to the York County Planning Commission and the Hanover Borough Planning Commission for review and comment as per the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
b. Authorize the Borough Manager/staff to advertise for the public hearing and adoption once the York County Planning Commission and the Hanover Borough Planning Commission comments are received and addressed.
7.02 Municipal Assistance Program (MAP) Grant application
a. Approve Resolution to authorize Borough staff to collaborate with Delta Development to prepare, pursue and submit a PA DCED MAP Grant application to assist in funding 50% of 2026 Comprehensive Plan update costs

a. Approve resolution authorizing submission of a grant application for funding for the purchase and fit-out of a refuse disposal truck
