a. Approve Resolution No. 1445 authorizing submission of a grant application for funding for the purchase and fit-out of a refuse disposal truck

5.04 Zoning Amendment Ordinance and Map:

a. Authorize staff to forward the draft ordinance and map to the York County Planning Commission and the Hanover Borough Planning Commission for review and comment as per the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code

b. Authorize the Borough Manager/staff to advertise for the public hearing and adoption once the York County Planning Commission and the Hanover Borough Planning Commission comments are received and addressed

5.05 Municipal Assistance Program (MAP) Grant Application:

a. Approve Resolution No. 1446 to authorize Borough staff to collaborate with Delta Development to prepare, pursue and submit a PA DCED MAP Grant application in the amount of $36,226.07 to assist in funding 50% of 2026 Comprehensive Plan update costs

6.01 Parking Restrictions on East Park Avenue:

a. Approve advertisement of Ordinance No. 2382, for restrictions on parking on the 100 Block of East Park Avenue, East of Railroad Street, to accommodate commercial truck movements, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

7.01 Hear Citizens concerning all other items relating to Hanover Borough Council
