Governance & Policy Committee – Dr. Rupp
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the revised Employee Take Home Vehicle
Policy.
Water and Sewer Committee – Mr. Reichart
1. Consideration of a motion to authorize the payment of Change Order No. 006 for the
Sheppard-Myers Dam Rehabilitation Project Closeout in the amount of $89,734.68,
contingent upon KC’s execution of a settlement agreement and release in a form
acceptable to the Solicitor.
2. Consideration of a motion to authorize the payment of Change Order No. 008 for the
Sheppard-Myers Dam Rehabilitation Project Closeout in the amount of $635,871.33.
3. Consideration of a motion to authorize the financial security release for Highpointe
Residential Development Phases 2 & 3 located at Beck Mill Road and Tyler Drive for
completed and inspected water system improvements.
