1. Consideration of a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2340 eliminating parking on the
west side of East Chestnut Street from Railroad Street to the first alley north of and .
parallel to Railroad Street.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the advertisement of Ordinance No. 2341
adopting rules and regulations for dumpsters and portable storage units.
3. Consideration of a motion to approve the filing of a complaint in equity against the
owner of 206 York Street seeking court approval for the Borough to enter the property to
remedy the public health and safety issues.

Borough equipment at online Municibid auction.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the designation of proceeds from the online
equipment sale toward purchase of a replacement backhoe, not to exceed $150,000.
3. Consideration of a motion to approve the revised vehicle leasing amortization
/repayment schedule for various equipment ordered during 2021 and deferred to 2022
and 2023 due to COVID setbacks.
