Raymond Gouker
Raymond Gouker – CEO/Founder/President Adams Community Television was founded in 1988 by Raymond Gouker, a teacher of Visual Communications at the Gettysburg High School. His interests were to create a medium for Adams County and surrounding communities by providing an opportunity to showcase their local talents, history, people, cultural and athletic events, landscaping and economy, as well as provide a focal point which will address issues and provide educational and entertaining programming that will be of interest to and benefit local residents. Raymond also is Executive Director of Operations and oversees the daily operations of Adams Community Television.

Jeff Cook Jeff Cook – Board Vice President Jeff Cook was an original board member of the organization and along with station founder, Ray Gouker, started a sports division. He has been the voice of sports for Community Media since 1989 and was inducted into the Adams County chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2015.
The current vice-president served a previous stint as president and has hosted more than 700 (and counting) installments of “Sports Chat”, a live call-in show. He also serves as Eliza Jayne’s co-host for CM’s “Trivia Live” on Tuesday nights.

Rex Walter David Bolton – Board Member (Government Relations)
David “Scotty” Bolton served on the McSherrystown Borough Council after elected via a write-in campaign in 2011. He completed his 6 years of service in December, 2017, when he was elected to the office of State Constable for McSherrystown.
David also serves as Vice-President of the Adams County Boroughs Association (ACBA). David helped form and chairs the new Legislative Committee for the ACBA, which has produced seven pieces of legislation over four years, most of which have been adopted by the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) as objectives in their Municipal Policy Statements.
In addition to his service, Mr. Bolton has also taken every opportunity to expand his knowledge and understanding of the political process, having attended many courses and seminars in Municipal Procedures, Leadership and Municipal Law offered by the PSAB. He has completed courses equivalent to 22 Municipal Legal Education credits. Now a Certified Borough Official, he received the Anthony J. Defilippi Award for Outstanding Achievement in Government Affairs at the PSAB Annual Conference in 2017, as well as the Ronald J. Harris Service Award from the Adams County Boroughs Association. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and, most recently, graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), scoring in the 98th percentile nationally on his capstone.

Ron HarrisRon Harris – Board Member Ron Harris is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Information Technology and thirty-three years of college level teaching experience. As an adjunct professor, he has taught computer classes at Prince George’s Community College, Montgomery College, Howard Community College, and Harrisburg Area Community College in Gettysburg. He has given presentations and workshops throughout the United States and Canada on Project Management. He has directed two documentaries highlighting the histories of the boroughs of Carroll Valley and New Oxford. He is also a professional commercial photographer. He serves on numerous advisory and planning committees at the state, county and borough level.
