In 1976\, during the nation’s Bicentennial\, one young couple and a team of experts began the process of saving it. \nThrough photographs\, stories\, and behind-the-scenes insights\, this program traces the remarkable restoration that brought the house back to life—preserving not just a building\, but a tangible link to Gettysburg’s colonial past. Longtime owner Jackie White\, who led the restoration\, will present this special closing program in the Dobbin House Dinner Series. \nThis program will take place Thursday\, August 27th at 89 Steinwehr Avenue\, Gettysburg.
