Mister Ed’s to Unveil 50th Anniversary Mural with Community Ribbon Cutting

Orrtanna, PA – Mister Ed’s Elephant Museum & Candy Emporium will celebrate its 50th anniversary with the unveiling of a brand-new mural and a ceremonial ribbon cutting with local community leaders.

This vibrant 28-foot mural was designed by artist Michael Allison of Hollidaysburg, Pa., and brought to life by more than 200 community volunteers. The artwork captures Mister Ed’s whimsical spirit and rich 50-year history, with a special tribute to founders “Mister Ed” and Pat Gotwalt. The project was spearheaded by third-generation owners Isaac and Nicole Bucher.
Following the mural unveiling and ribbon cutting, guests can enjoy free ice cream from The Igloo ice cream truck, featuring Mister Ed’s signature fudge.
